Reiki
Reiki is amazing for stress...
Feeling stressed out lately? Life can be demanding as we deal with a multitude of stressors, such as a challenging job, parenting children, caring for aging parents, and/or coping with an illness.
The effects of stress can manifest as muscle tension in the neck, shoulders or back; headaches; stomach upset; sleepless nights; poor concentration; and excessive feelings of worry or anxiety.
Reiki is an energy-based healing practice that can lessen the impact of stress by supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It can be helpful in dealing with:
Acute and chronic pain or discomfort
Pre-surgical preparation
Post-operative recovery
Healing of wounds and injuries
Effects of serious illnesses
Feelings of stress, anxiety and worry
Sleep issues
One of the primary benefits of a Reiki session is relaxation. When we relax, our muscles become less tense, and our blood pressure, heart and respiratory rate become lower. This response is the opposite of the "fight or flight" stress response. Instead, Reiki works to help you achieve a deep state of mental and physiological rest.
After a Reiki session, people often report less pain, better mental clarity, feelings of calm, and a generalized sense of well-being. Sounds nice, doesn’t it?
Reiki can be offered by using light touch or hands just above the physical body. It is safe, gentle and non-invasive.

£45 for a session. £20 for a distant session. Distant session includes an optional phone call to discuss the session.
Reiki is of a very high, pure vibration and energy matches energy, by universal laws of physics! So, by channelling the Reiki energy for you, your body naturally raises in vibration, moving stagnant energies and toxins through, releasing and realigning, for your highest good and purest need!
Sound and Crystals are used on the Chakras to aid and enhance in the alignment.
Each session is intuitive and tailored completely to the individual needs of the client.
Distant Reiki
This is a Perfect Opportunity for You to take some Time Out to Chill!
I use Reiki to send Distant Healing, to Raise your Vibration, to Ease your Nervous System, to Aid the Flow of Energy through you.
If you have something that needs some 'work' you can set that Intention, everything is Always for your Highest Good & Purest Need!
All you need to do is lay back *try to be in a space where you won't be disturbed*
You can pop on some Relaxing Music, Cleanse the Space, Light a Candle (all optional but remember that you can only get out of something, what you are putting into it)
Accept the Energy coming to You, from Me
Because Reiki is not bound by the same Time and Space laws that we are as humans. Distant Reiki is just as powerful as one to one. It can also be sent to any Time: past or future!
