At New Beginnings, our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself, both physically and mentally. We understand that each person has their own needs and goals, which is why we offer individualized training programs tailored to each client. Our experienced trainers will guide you through each step of your fitness journey, offering support and motivation to keep you on track.

Our focus is on personalised attention to ensure that your fitness goals are met. We offer a one-to-one fitness experience to ensure that you get the most out of every session. If you want to work out with a partner or friend, we offer paired sessions that can be tailored to your individual needs. Group fitness sessions are great if you are looking for a group workout for motivation and camaraderie, and we also offer family fitness sessions so that you can stay in shape while spending quality time with your loved ones. We are committed to making fitness fun and effective.

One to One Package

One to One personal training programmes are designed to fit your lifestyle and to get you results. Our certified personal trainers spend time with you to create a fitness program that is uniquely tailored to address your health concerns, your body type and personal fitness goals.

45 minute One to One Personal training Session in our Private Studio

Non-Contract - £30 per session

12 Week Contract

Bronze - 1 Private Session a week - £27.50

Silver - 2 Private Sessions a week - £52

Gold - 3 Private Sessions a week - £72

Paired Packages

Tying the knot? Planning a holiday with your bestie? Or need a bud to keep you in check?

Working out solo can be tough, and when you're new to the scene it can be even tougher. For one, motivation can be hard, other commitments (or a much needed nap) can get in the way and before you know it, the gym routine has fell right by the waist side. Perhaps you would benefit from the bounce of a group class or, perhaps you need the one to one focus of a trainer, a qualified professional ready to hold you accountable and improve your form. Sounds great, but, as we've established, these new things can be tricky and scary and new, so why not tackle it as a twosome?

Our Personal trainers are happy to broaden the scope of your workout, and as a couple of new trainees, you'll still be individually supported to reach your respective goals even as you workout together. Not only will this hopefully get you over the fear of trying something new, but that motivation will be paired with the expertise of a fully qualified personal trainer. Best of both worlds!

Group Personal Training Packages

Group personal training shares many of the same qualities that we find in more traditional personal training sessions - guided practice, professional advice, and bespoke workout plans that are designed to help you achieve your goals and excel in the fitness world.

Average group personal training sessions will usually consist of between 3 and 7 people (usually all with similar goals), meaning you can still have tailored feedback and the specificity that we associate with a PT session, but have others around you to motivate and inspire you.

 If you're ready to ramp up your fitness routine and need a little support, our Personal trainers will work with small groups, helping you to reach your individual goals as you workout together. 


Small group personal training doesn't only add fun to your fitness session (because everything is better when shared with friends!), it's a great way to keep yourself motivated, on track and accountable for showing up! 

Enjoying a personal training session as a group is a great option for groups of friends preparing for a charity event, Mum groups looking for a sociable way to workout or businesses that want to keep their teams on top form!

45 minute Group Personal Training Session in our Private Fitness Studio

12 Week Contract

Three clients in Session - £15 per person

Four clients in Session - £12.50 per person

Five to Ten clients in Session - £8 per person

The MoveMENt Package

The MoveMENt’s aim is to provide a holistic service to men to improve their physical health, mental health and well-being across Scunthorpe and the surrounding areas. Through individual or group sessions that specifically focus on health, fitness, lifestyle choices, nutrition, mindset, and suicide.


It is our mission to be at the forefront of the advancement of health and the saving of men’s lives for the public benefit; specifically, the advancement of mental health and preventing lives being lost to suicide.


Our actions are specifically aimed at benefitting males and their families and those more directly impacted by mental health challenges and suicide, by providing relevant information, advice, awareness-raising, education, and support to help move the UK to a society where suicide prevention is more openly discussed and deaths by suicide are rare events.
