Service Description
This class style integrates flowing stretches and balance poses with mindful breathing to enhance muscle tone, flexibility, balance and focus. Each class includes guided mindful breathing and settling into the space to promote a sense of peace and a calmer more focused mind. Options are given throughout the class to modify poses and incorporate the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps to ensure people with a wide range of physical abilities and flexibility can benefit from this class. You will leave the class feeling refreshed, re-energised and refocused for the day ahead. This class is suitable for all levels of stretching experience and flexibility.
