Monthly Lunchtime Workshop

There is strength in steel.
But there is also strength in softness.
In honesty.

In women coming together and saying, “Me too.”

Sisters of Steel was created to provide a safe, empowering space for women aged 18 and over to grow emotionally, mentally, and personally — without judgement, without pressure, and without having to pretend they are fine.

Our monthly lunchtime workshops, held on the third Wednesday of each month, are designed to support women’s mental, emotional, relational and physical wellbeing — one powerful step at a time.

A Space to Learn. Reflect. Connect. Grow.

Each workshop is carefully structured to create both safety and transformation. We balance:

Connection – shared experiences in a supportive and confidential environment

Education – understanding how the brain, body and behaviour work together

Self-Reflection – guided opportunities to explore your own experiences

Practical Tools – simple, evidence-informed techniques for real life

Group Reflection – co-facilitated discussion to ensure emotional safety

This is not a lecture.

It is not therapy.

It is not a fitness class.

It is a structured, empowering wellbeing space where education meets lived experience — and where women are supported to build strength from the inside out.

Fully Funded. Open. Inclusive.

Our workshops are fully funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, meaning there is no cost to attend.

Refreshments are provided, and spaces are intentionally limited to maintain a safe and supportive group dynamic.

We welcome women from all backgrounds, experiences and walks of life. Whether you are navigating anxiety, rebuilding confidence, managing stress, or simply wanting to invest in your personal growth — you belong here.
