About the event

Are you looking to take control of your health and lifestyle? Do you want to know what’s going on in your body, and if you are in the danger zone of disease and inflammation?

Over the last decade research has now got a huge insight into our gut health and how it affects the entire body.

Research has linked a healthy digestive system, to our overall health and connecting virtually any disease back to poor gut health.

Addressing gut health might not only be the only solution, but it’s often a huge piece of the puzzle that needs to be treated.

At our 'The importance of Gut Health and the impact on our Physical and Mental Wellbeing Event' we shall be sharing guidelines and tips to help you rebalance your gut health which can also aid weight loss.

In addition, I will be offering an early bird offer for the first 20 people on our Cellular Health Balance Test (finger prick blood spot test) which measures individual fatty acid levels in your blood.

Are you aware that 80% of your immune cells are located in your gut? A body-in-balance means you will have normal brain, heart, immune and cell function, which is crucial for optimal health.

The Cellular Health Balance Test gives us a good insight into your health.
