A series of static stretches to do at the end of your workouts 🏋🏼♀️
Static stretching prevents injury to muscles after exercising, stiffness and can improve flexibility. These are to be done at the END of a workout whilst your muscles are still warm. Doing this at the beginning of a workout will not prevent injury and can ultimately decrease performance when training.
However, completing some dynamic stretching at the beginning of a workout instead can be very beneficial and lead to increased performance during workouts 💪🏻
